I’ve decided on some new goals for the new year. This is just a tentative list and I’m hoping to add to it later.
Bring my lunch to work everyday.
Cut down to one can of soda per day.
Pay all bills on time, if not early.
Eat out no more than once every 2 months (6 times per year max).
Avoid consuming alcohol, especially socially.
Limit going to the movie theater to no more than once every 3 months (4 times per year max).
Only rent movies from the redbox on Mondays (free codes day).
Drink more water (at least 8 – 8oz glasses per day).
Try to reduce the amount of sodium I consume.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes per day.
Eat more fruit and yogurt.
Unplug all appliances and electronics when not in use.
Max out my HSA.
Keep track of all doctor visits and the mileage for 2009 taxes.
Keep thermostat set at 65 degrees F during the winter and 75 degrees F in the summer.
